About Us

Graduate & Family Living at the University of California, Berkeley helps students and their families transition to campus life. Graduate & Family Living provides tailored support by promoting holistic growth and personal well-being through programming, events, and partnerships with the campus and local community. Graduate & Family Living serves and supports the following residential communities: University Village and xučyun ruwway in Albany, Manville Hall and Ida Jackson House in Berkeley, and Intersection Apartments in Emeryville.

In case of life-threatening emergencies or situations that are likely to result in injury or loss of property, contact the following departments:

  • 24/7 Building emergencies such as flood, fire, etc.

  • After-hours resident support for urgent issues, including safety and security

  • Lockouts occurring after hours or on weekends
